About Me

Dr. Susanna Rori graduated from Michigan State University Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program in 2015. After graduation, she worked at Blackman Animal Clinic in Jackson, MI performing routine, emergency, and on-call duties at a high volume, fast-paced practice until 2020. In her spare time, Dr. Susanna Rori performed routine sterilizations as an independent contractor for Cascades Humane Society from 2018-2020.

Dr. Susanna Rori transitioned to emergency medicine in 2020. She worked as an emergency doctor performing emergency surgeries, managing a high in-patient and out-patient case load while working with the specialty departments at MedVet Commerce. She was the Emergency Department Head at MedVet Commerce from 2021-2024.

She began her relief services in 2023 and became a full time relief veterinarian in 2024. She provides scheduled and last minute coverage for small animal emergencies, urgent, and general practices in Michigan.
